The company’s main business includes port engineering, channel dredging, coastal engineering, road and bridge engineering and building construction. To expand its market and ensure compliance, the company is recruiting Deputy Technical Director.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Assist senior leaders in technical management tasks
• Responsible for the technical aspects of project bidding for English-speaking projects, including interpreting tender documents and preparing technical proposals
• Participate in project site visits and assist in organizing various technical reports
• Collect and classify European and American technical standards to support project operations and management
• Track cutting-edge technical training to improve team expertise
