The position will be based at our Head Office in Accra and will report to the Digital Retail Solutions Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupport Crop and Digital Solutions in implementing and scaling new on-farm digital and integrated tools and solutionsWork closely with and support the Digital Enablers, to feed data into the solution backend systemCommunicate with customers with a strong brand voice and address their enquiries and issues through ZendeskManage and update the customer facing knowledge base and help desk contentAssist in communication between the Performance Marketing Campaign team and the respective Product Owners for technical issuesProfile
- A university degree in business related studies
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluency in some local languages will be a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Excel and other tools such as Power BI dashboards for data analysis
