Job Description:
• As a customer service representative of an automobile company, your main responsibilities include:
• Communicate with customers through channels such as telephone, email and face-to-face communication to answer questions about automobile products, services and repairs.
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions, actively find solutions, and follow up on the progress of processing to ensure that customer problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Record and update customer information and maintain the accuracy of the customer database.
• Provide relevant information on automobile sales, maintenance and repairs to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist the sales team in processing orders, tracking delivery progress, and providing follow-up service support to customers.
• Collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs, make suggestions for improvement, and optimize service processes.
Qualification Required & Experience
Job requirements:
• High school degree or above, education background in related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with customers clearly and politely.
• Experience in the automotive industry or customer service is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit, able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good English written and oral communication skills, fluent in local language is preferred.
