Job Description


We are looking for a customer-focused individual to help build client relationships, identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Ability to work in a team environment and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proactive, well-meaning and ability to work with minimum to low supervision.

Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

Computer literate

Determine the needs of customers and advise them on the best products to suit their requirements.

Ensure customers understand the products and services offered and the processes.

Complete customer interviews by appointment and on-demand, and make sales that meet customer needs.
