We are looking for a dynamic Credit Recovery/Marketing officers to join our company.

• Attract new Clients within Accra after perfect positioning of company image in the mind of those clients.
• Ensure that recovery is maximized and arrears are kept to a minimum.

Responsibilities:

• To plan, develop and deliver marketing campaigns as agreed within time scales.
• To assist with the implementation of the maculating strategy with specific objective and target as agreed.
• To identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies in their respective region, evaluates and adjusts marketing plan accordingly.
• To support the overall marketing objective of company both externally and internally.
• To manage and control all matters relating to delinquent account by constantly executing collection and recovery procedure and ensuring appropriate action are taken to ensure full recovery.
• Ensure remedial action is taken when required to keep performance in line with business objective
• Perform administrative work or other job function related to collections and recoveries.
• To monitor account daily effectively in line with approved collections strategy.

Qualification Required & Experience

Recovery/marketing Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a credit officer.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures and best lending practices according to state laws and regulations.
• Ability to work with loan management software.
• Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information.
