Job Description
A reputable Microfinance institution seeks to employ the services of competent persons for the position of Credit Officer
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND/ Degree from a credible institution.
• Responsible for marketing the bank’s microfinance loan products.
• Responsible for disbursement and recovery of group loans.
• Required Skills or Experience Qualification Required & Experience
• Ability to ride Motor Bike is highly recommended
Key Responsibilities
• Manage microfinance operations, assess loan applications and provide financial advisory services to clients
• Exceptional customer service experience and resolution of issues promptly will be a plus.
Competencies and Skills
• Must be computer literate,
• Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Very analytical and paying attention to details
• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism and adheres to ethical standards.
Location: Ashaiman, Madina, Accra Central, Kpone, and Tema
