Job Summary

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Ensure all construction projects follow building and safety regulations
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Will handle specification creation and modification, as well as oversee detailed design.
• Monitor project expenditures, review budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures as needed
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in construction or Civil Engineering
• 10 years Construction experience with high-rise buildings
