Job Description
As an indigenous Ghanaian hospitality centre of excellence, Airport View Hotel has over two decades of experience in hospitality service delivery and has also contributed significantly to the development of tourism and business in Ghana. We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us: Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Sales Management
• Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Maximising revenue and managing profitability
• Client relationship management
• Performance tracking & reporting
• Budgeting & Financial Management
• Managing public relations
Qualification Required & Experience
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in administration or related field
• Proven experience in senior sales and marketing role in a 4/5 star hotel
• 10 ore more years of experience in similar position
• Good communication and organizational skills
• PMS knowledge – EZEE/OPERA
