A reputable rural Bank in the Bono East Region of Ghana invites applications from suitable candidates for the following position: Clerk

Job Description

• Daily passing of voucher and writing of registers
• Provide clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the Bank
• Handle customers financial transaction
• Handle customers enquiries and complaints
• Educate customers on the banks product and services
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager and/or the Agency Accountant.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in Accounting, Economics, Banking, Finance or acceptable professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA
• Microsoft excel as an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience of with one year as a clerk or teller of a bank
• Must have a good knowledge of the T24 banking application software

Competences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must demonstrate a high level of integrity, competence and confidentiality
