Job Description
A reputable community Bank in the Eastern Region is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to lead its operations as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure the bank operates on sound commercial principles
• Safeguard financial viability through regular analysis and cost control
• Review the competitive environment and drive market share growth
• Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana and ARB Apex Bank regulations
• Oversee recruitment staff development and discipline in consultation with the Board
• Maintain effective communication across the board, management and staff
• Evaluate and manage operational and financial risks
Qualification Required & Experience
• A second Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• A professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA (Ghana), ACIB, FCIB or equivalent
• 10 to 15 years of experience in the banking industry, including at least 5 years in senior management
