Job Description
We are looking for a goal-oriented channels Sales Manager for winning, maintaining and expanding all our customer relationships within the assigned territory
Job Summary
• Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to the portofolio of assigned customers
Responsibilities
• Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners
• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products
• Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer expectations
• Identifying and developing new products with profitable market opportunities
• Assist sales manager in sales department management, policies, budgets and implementing of strategic plans
• Conducting of daily to weekly market survey and research in relation to competing brands in the industry
• Assist sales manager in finishing account receiables, apply for customer adjustment and also monitor and evaluate staff performance
• Supervise all staff on their daily activities and give them assignments
• Coaching and teaching of colleagues and team members on their jobs
• Assist sales manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
• Regularly travel outside the capital to create and develop new customers for the company according to approved transportation and hotel allowance policies of the company
• Perform other jobs assigned by sales manager and general manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or above in sales or related field
• Must have at least 3 years to 5 years experience in building distributor material and hardware or related field
• Must have at least 3 years experience in sales management or related field
• Must be between the ages of 30 to 40 years and presentable
• Must have an exceptional communication skills
• Must be flexible to travel
• Must have the ability to build lasting relationships
