Call for projects – Climate, Biodiversity & Zero Deforestation – Cocoa

The Equity Program, supported since 2016 by Commerce Équitable France and Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF), with financial support from the French Development Agency (AFD) and the French Global Environment Facility (FFEM), is launching a new call for ambitious projects aimed at certified fair trade cocoa cooperatives in Ghana, Togo and Ivory Coast.

Objective: To support cooperatives in implementing sustainable agroecological practices, strengthen the resilience of production systems in the face of climate change, and effectively combat deforestation in cocoa-growing areas. The aim is to support concrete initiatives that combine economic performance, respect for biodiversity, and social justice.

Funding: Up to €60,000 per project , for a period of 24 to 36 months.

Call for projects – Climate, Biodiversity & Professionalization – Multi-sector

As part of its commitment to sustainable and equitable agriculture, the Equity Program, implemented since 2016 by Commerce Équitable France and Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF), with the financial support of the French Development Agency (AFD) and the French Global Environment Facility (FFEM), is launching a new call for projects aimed at certified fair trade cooperatives in Benin, Togo, Ghana and Ivory Coast.

Objective: To strengthen the professionalization of cooperatives and promote sustainable agricultural practices in various sectors: cashew, shea, fruits (pineapple, mango, coconut, etc.), crafts, etc.

Beneficiaries: Fairtrade certified cooperatives, active in the agricultural and artisanal sectors, wishing to structure their activities and improve their environmental and social impact.

Funding: Up to €37,500 per project , over a period of 24 to 36 months . This support will enable cooperatives to develop concrete actions in favor of sustainability, product quality and market access.
