Job Summary

• This role is to build a future-fit Sales and Distribution Division at MTN Ghana by equipping teams with the capabilities and skills required for sustained growth and the next phase of Sales and Distribution.
• It develops digital fluency, data literacy, customer and ecosystem management, and agility—anchored in structured learning, accountability, and coaching.
• By embedding these future-fit skills, the role ensures Sales and Distribution executes with excellence, stays competitive, and delivers long-term impact.

Key Tasks:

• Support the definition, embedding, and scaling of future-fit skills—digital fluency, data literacy, customer and ecosystem management, and agility—so sales teams stay adaptive, competitive, and ready for the next phase of Sales & Distribution.
• Anticipate emerging capability requirements and integrate them into development plans.
• Benchmark capability levels against MTN Group standards and industry best practice to maintain competitiveness.
• Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous learning across Sales and Distribution.
• Strengthen analytical capability by embedding data-driven decision-making into sales practices, ensuring insights guide capability development and frontline execution.
• Design and deliver structured learning programs tailored to both field execution and digital sales.
• Develop standardized playbooks, toolkits, and capability scorecards to drive consistency and accountability.
• Facilitate training, coaching, and mentoring to improve Sales & Distribution team performance.
• Monitor outcomes and performance metrics to ensure learning translates into measurable execution gains.
• Lead the rollout, adoption, and effective use of digital tools across all customer-facing teams (e.g., EDGE).
• Ensure seamless onboarding, consistent utilization, and measurable impact on frontline performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize content, optimize user experience, and tailor tools for the Ghana market.
• Provide ongoing support and change management to embed digital tools into daily sales operations.
• Conduct audits, field immersions, and performance reviews to verify training application in daily execution.
• Link training effectiveness directly to sales KPIs and business results through dashboards and analytics.
• Identify and address gaps between learning and execution with targeted interventions.
• Establish continuous feedback loops to refine training content, delivery methods, and enablement materials.
• Translate GTM strategies into execution-ready playbooks, sprints, and frontline enablement resources.
• Ensure customer-facing teams are fully prepared for product and device launches through targeted readiness programs.
• Drive effective customer engagement journeys by aligning training, tools, and coaching with GTM priorities.
• Support commercial teams to achieve flawless execution and maximize launch impact.
• Support cross-functional initiatives tied to digital sales transformation and ecosystem growth.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line or functional leadership.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field of study

Experience:

• 5 years relevant work experience in a Sales environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, with experience in digital fluency and data literacy
