Job Purpose:
• To drive growth and expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s market presence, establishing strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fashion industry.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Drive sales growth and revenue through innovative strategies.
• Ensure that the company meets its financial goals.
• Creating and Implementing policies, managing day-to-day operations.
• Fostering a positive company culture and effective communication within the organization.
• Collaborate with different departments and teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualification Required & Experience
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in developing and executing business plans to achieve growth targets.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Skills Required:
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trends within the fashion sector.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
