A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced and motivated professionals to fill key positions aimed at strengthening its operations, business growth, risk management, technology infrastructure and customer service delivery.

Purpose

•To lead the Bank’s business growth initiatives through effective marketing, custmer acquisition, deposit mobilization and relationship management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
•Lead deposit mobilisation campaigns and monitor performance
•Identify new products, partnerships and market opportunities
•Drive customer acquisition and retention
•Coordinate branding, promotions and public relations activities
•Prepare marketing performance reports for management and the board
•Support branch sales and marketing activities

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting or related field
•Professional qualification in marketing, accounting or Banking is an advantage
•Strong leadership and organisational skills
•Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the Community Banking industry
