We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager in an IT solutions and services start-up

Job Summary

• The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key customers in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy and business growth, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business and driving growth

Responsibilities & Duties

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for our products and services
• Achieve sales revenue targets and manage a robust sales forecasting process
• Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies in collaboration with management
• Understand customer environment to deliver tailored value propositions and business cases
• Analyse competitive positioning and effectively counteract competitive threats
• Promote our solutions to allocated customers, prospects, partners and at industry events, conferences, webinars and trade shows

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution-based sales, particularly selling complex IT solutions in B2B environment
• A technical background with enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Understanding of technologies such as AI, Cyber Security, and Cloud
• Proven Business Development experience with senior-level contacts
• High energy, self-starter with strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently
