Job Description


A dynamic Real Estate and Trade company committed to delivering exceptional service and value to clients is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities – including new clients, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products and services
• Build and nurture client relationships to ensure growth in the pipeline as well as actual business opportunities
• Develop presentations and plan corporate events for existing and potential clients
• Maintain media relations and build strong public relations to ensure the goodwill and image of the company
• Coordinate with stakeholders to produce distinctive and responsive promotional and marketing materials

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management and or Construction sector

Knowledge

• Project management
• MS Suite

• Action orientated, entrepreneurial, adaptable and innovative approach to client relationship management and business development
• Ability to think strategically to see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to grow the business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
