Job Description:

• Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends and competitors.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development plans.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
• Business Development: Find and develop new business opportunities.
• Team Management: Manage the business development team, provide support and training.

Qualification Required & Experience

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, business administration or related majors preferred.
• 3 years of business development or sales experience, automotive industry experience preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and team management skills.
• Fluent English and local language skills.
