A reputable financial institution is seeking to hire young, smart, and dynamic person as branch manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Will oversee developing the branch to increase sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
• He/ She will drive the formulation and implementation of strategies, plans and programs for the delivery of the institution’s products targeted at customers and generate revenues.
• Generate new revenue opportunities from existing & prospective customers in all market segments.
• Provide customers with solutions that leverage a full range of the Bank’s products & services.
• Profile customers, conversion of incomplete records and providing market insights for strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for the drive for deposit mobilization and enhance profitability.
• Prepare presentations and other marketing materials.

Requirement

• A minimum First Degree or relevant professional qualification
• Must have at least 5 years banking experience in Retail/Business Banking
• Must have knowledge of Credit or Risk Management
• Must have knowledge of banking operations, products & services
• Must have knowledge of banking structure, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
• Must be a good team manager.
