Job Description
SanlamAllianz General Insurance Ghana is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations in Kumasi or Takoradi. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, business growth, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Manage branch budgets, underwriting activities, and risk management measures.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5-6 years of experience in insurance management
- Strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field
- Professional certification (CIM/Insurance) is a plus
