About The Function

About The Team
The BPM Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and insights to drive decision making
- Proactive and insightful analysis of business performance issues and opportunities.
- Build and maintain models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Drive business performance by sharing periodic (incl daily) performance updates
- Support for BPM preparations and other business meetings
- Find opportunities to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in the business and operational process through using standards, systems, and data.
- Lead controls within Commercial Finance
We’d love to work with you if you have a good blend of the following capabilities:
- Data Analytics – Have a good understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to extract data and analyse in a way that supports decision making
- Critical thinking – The ability to demonstrate insight and think how the business/processes could/should be different in the future.
- Risk Management – The ability to identify, gather a mitigate risks at appropriate levels.
- Process Transformation – a positive problem-solving attitude that champions the use of standard, simple, automated end to end processes, and respective controls.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- A University Degree. ICAG/ACCA qualification is added advantage.
