Japan Motors Trading Company LTD is seeking a driven and experienced Auto Electrical Engineers (Heavy Duty Trucks).

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining the electrical and electronic systems of heavy-duty-trucks
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in auto-electrical systems, hands-on experience with heavy vehicles and the ability to ensure optimal performance and safety

Responsibilities & Duties

• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in heavy-duty-trucks
• Install, service and maintain wiring, lighting and control systems
• Troubleshoot electrical components
• Use diagnostic equipment and software to detect and resolve electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical inspections on heavy-duty trucks
• Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards nd manufacturer requirements
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate repair documentation
• Collaborate with mechanical technicians to ensure integrated repair solutions
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in auto-electrical systems
• Complete assigned training courses

Qualification Required & Experience

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Auto-Electrical/Automobile Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems of heavy-duty trucks
• Strong knowledge of truck electrical systems, wiring diagrams and circuit testing
• Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools, scanners and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication nd interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license (preferably for heavy-duty-vehicles)
