Job Description


Heritage Christian College (HCC), a University in Amasaman, Accra seeks the services of the following: Assistant Registrar (Administrative Support)

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good second degree in any of the following fields
• Business Administration, Communications, Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience is required

Main Functions

• Provide administrative and coordinating support for the Deans of schools and Heads of Departments of HCC
• Assist in the implementation of decisions and policies of the schools and departments
• Ensure that proper records management systems for the schools and departments are following existing approved procedures and regulations of HCC
• Provide administrative support for the Registrar by serving as recorder to committees as may be assigned

Technical Competencies

• General knowledge and experience of University administration, systems procedures and structures
• Knowledge of Ghana tertiary Education Commission requirements
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Report writing skills
