Dimensions
Your Impact
- Ensure a smooth transition of Newmont Golden Ridge Limited to Zijin Mining by processing requests into SuccessFactors, SAP, UKG and solve work-related issues efficiently.
As Part Of Our Team You Will
Employee Data Entry & Offboarding
- Accurately enter employee data into HR systems, ensuring completeness and compliance.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation, including contract terminations and record updates.
- Monitor Fixed Term contract timelines and flag renewals
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure data integrity throughout the transition.
Benefits/Allowance Administration
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment and changes.
- Support employees in understanding their benefits during the transition period.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate processing.
HR Program Support
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including policy communication and compliance tracking.
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding HR processes and policies.
- Support training and transition activities to help employees adapt to new systems and policies.
Time & Attendance Management
- Ensure accurate tracking of employee working hours, leaves, and overtime
- Reconcile attendance records and address discrepancies in collaboration with managers.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of overtime and other time related allowances
Contractor Data Management
- Maintain up-to-date records of contractor assignments, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Work with HR and procurement teams to ensure accurate contractor onboarding and offboarding.
- Monitor contract timelines and flag any required renewals or terminations.
Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist
Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist:
Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations)
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field.
- SuccessFactors system and general functionality General HR operations and practices.
Experience
- Between 2- and 4-years’ experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Systems Applications and Products, Success Factors, Kronos).
- Experience in business or operations process, analysis, design, and business case development.
Additional Knowledge
- Knowledge of business operations’ processes, their analysis and design.
- Knowledge of human resource and data management systems.
Technical Skills
- Advanced in proficiency in data management updates in SuccessFactors.
- Advanced in-service delivery ticket management.
- Advanced in addressing customer complaints and escalations.
- Advanced proficiently in supervising employees Foundational proficient in data management and data entry in SuccessFactors.
