Your Impact

  • Support the delivery of day-to-day People support to Business Unit (BU)/site employees, including the execution of enterprise programs at the business unit/site level.

As Part Of Our Team You Will

  • Provide and assist in the delivery and execution of enterprise programs at Business Unit (BU)/site.
  • Manage employee data change requests in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), partnering with the HR Service Center to execute HR programs and services.
  • Support and execute change management initiatives to drive organizational improvements and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide support to ensure compliance with local, state, national, federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Inform employees about company policies and guidelines.
  • Act as consultants to help enhance people processes, improve employee relations and encourage staff development.
  • Support the resolutions of conflicts between employees or between employees and management, support HR investigations as required.
  • Track people program activities, conduct research, and prepare reports.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding programs, including analysis of exit data.
  • Support where appropriate in conducting workplace investigations.

Your Training, Skills And Experience Checklist

Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations):

  • Formal education qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
