Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the company’s payable obligations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the overall financial operations through reliable transaction processing and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and process invoices and payment vouchers to ensure compliance with policies.
• Accurately process journal entries into the SAP system.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations, including bank and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database for imports.
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience with SAP or another major ERP system is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
