We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee transport-related financial operations in Accra. This role ensures timely payment processing, accurate data management in the Transport Management System (TMS), and compliance with financial controls for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Payment Request Tracking Form daily, ensuring payments are processed within 3 days (domestic) or 7 days (cross-border).
• Verify timeliness and accuracy of the Dump Basic Data Sheet and Distribution Basic Data Sheet.
• Maintain and update carrier information in TMS; set system alerts for receipt uploads.
• Track and resolve discrepancies identified in the Payment Request Tracking Table.
• Regularly update TMS operation time points and optimize system workflows.
• Collaborate with transport and finance teams to streamline payment processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local financial regulations.
• Generate periodic reports on payment statuses and system performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Masters in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in transport/logistics.
• Proficiency in TMS or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
