Here’s where you come in:

As National Director – World Vision Ghana, you will oversee the development and strategy of all country operations. World Vision Ghana was founded in 1979 and serves more than 74,000 children, their families and their communities across 34 programme areas.

You are a highly accomplished visionary leader who combines proven business disciplines with inspirational management skills to effectively communicate global initiatives, cultivate relationships, and identify opportunities to successfully drive World Vision Ghana growth and development.

Requirements include:


  • Master’s degree in development studies, management or social sciences or equivalent with 10 years’ experience in country level program management.
  • At least 3 year experience in overseeing large Government grant, its acquisition and donor engagement.
  • Experience in fund raising in general and generating local revenue in particular, Advocacy and public relations and leading or working with advisory boards.
  • Office based however some level of travel is expected within the country and to other places. Some travel may be in remote location with minimal facilities.
