We operate through seven (7) main branches in Accra, Tema, Takoradi and Kumasi as well as six (6) Virtual Banking Centers in Greater Accra and Ashanti regions with Head Office in Accra.

Job Description

  1. Administer and review loan applications to ensure compliance with institutional policies, guidelines and that documentations are adequate to ensure security of collaterals.
  2. Conduct credit appraisal and relay credit report to the relevant parties.
  3. perform credit reference checks by liaising with the relevant authorities in order to minimize risks.
  4. Regularly analyze and consolidate reports on all pending loans/loans disbursed in the week.
  5. Review and take minutes at every Branch Credit Committee meeting.
  6. Maintain good, effective and timely communication between Head Ofice and branches on loans status from the Branch |Crdit Committee.

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Must hold a minimum of Masters’ Degree in Business Finance or related field.
  2. Not less than 4 years’ post qualification experience in a similar position in a financial institution, with at least 2 years in Credit Analyses

Skills and Competences

  1. Knowledge and understanding of banking operations, credits and risks
  2. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  3. Ability to understand the implications of new information in clients’ credit analyses
  4. Good writing, listening and reporting skills
  5. Mathematical and computer proficiency
