Job Description


  • Minimum of BSc Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical/Electronic engineering, Marketing or related fields


  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven work experience handling customer issues


  • Customer Management, Marketing
  • Basic ICT troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Value Management
