Position: Virtual Team leader/Manager

We are looking for a responsible Team leader/Manager to oversee our operations. The role is a complex one. She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others, but also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a face of the organization to our clients.

Qualification and skills required:

Our project is focussed on female empowerment, as such we are recruiting female applicants only. Applicants must have:

  • Degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory role.
  • Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for service delivery, achieving KPI’s and client management
  • Accomplishes organization objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and share it with client and management team
  • Implement and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  • Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
  • Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
