We are launching our new food delivery service in Ghana and are looking for a Restaurant Sales Manager who can help us establish partnerships with local businesses.

Responsibilties:

Identify and contact restaurants that are a perfect match for Dimdaa Food

Manage the pipeline of new potential restaurant partnerships

Build strategic relationships with restaurants and negotiate competitive and better partnerships terms with business owners

Organise restaurant-oriented campaigns that will increase restaurants and Dimdaa Food orders and revenue

Lead our onboarding teams to smoothly activate the best restaurants on our platform

Manage mission-critical teams that drive the daily operations of the restaurants

Qualifications:

Posses 2+ years experience in sales position, ideally in the HORECA business

Superb communication and negotiation skills

Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure

Be a go-getter, not stopping after a few hurdles

Be enthusiastic about new technologies and food industry

Advantages:
