A reputable multinational IT holding company based in Accra, is seeking to recruit highly motivated and results driven individuals with the requisite professional competencies and experience to fill the following roles: Strategy Analyst

Role Purpose:

•   To review and analyse diversified business operations covering IT, Telecom, Financial, Energy and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•   Prepare, analyse and review strategic business plans
•   Collate and analyse business data for top management
•   Create performance metrics for business units and generate key data for management decision-making on performance, productivity and operation / cost inefficiencies
•   Assist in periodic review of business operations and prepare key business reports for top management
•   Assist in the review of business proposals
•   Work closely with business unit heads to ensure continuous flow of key business data/information to top management
•   Build relationships and maintain ongoing communication with business units
•   Identify and leverage on key corporate strengths that will be instrumental in business growth
•   Coordinate key projects pertaining to policy reviews & process reengineering
•   Advise on business expansions & diversification as and when required

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master’s degree in Business Administration (full time)
•   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
•   At least 5 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural business environment.

Required Competencies

•   Strong quantitative acumen with demonstrated ability to think analytically and conceptually
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with top management
•   Understanding of finance and business strategy concepts e.g market and competitive analysis, data modelling, financial analysis and statistics
•   Strong project management skills
•   Team player and naturally collaborative
•   Self-starter with a real drive for impact and an entrepreneurial mindset
•   Demonstrated planning organisational skills
•   Ability to exercise exceptional degree of confidentiality, discretion and integrity
•   Ability to multi-tasking and deliver results to high quality standards
•   Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•   Proactive, Resourceful and perceptive
