A reputable multinational It holding company based in Accra, is seeking to recruit highly motivated and results driven individuals with the requisite professional competencies and experience to fill the following roles: Strategy Analyst

Role Purpose:

•   To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives

Key Responsibilities

•   Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
•   Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
•   Analyse market research and submit findings / recommendations for action
•   Liaise with advertising agencies on sales and marketing campaigns and promotions on print, radio, television, bill board and direct mail to increase awareness of the company’s products and services in the market.
•   Increase client penetration and revenue for the company by actively promoting the company’s services and product capabilities
•   Identify opportunities for new/incremental business with clients and work with relevant internal stakeholders to turn opportunities into revenue for the company
•   Maintain and update data/information of priority sectors, market trends and routes for improved effectiveness within the sales support function
•   Coordinate sales channel visibility programmes in line with the company’s sale strategic plans
•   Monitor performance of sales personnel and the distribution team to ensure consistency and compliance with approved standards, policies and guidelines

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or related field
•   Professional qualification in Marketing from a recognised institution is essential
•   At least 5 years relevant work experience with 3 years in an FMCG environment

Required Competencies

•   Proven track record of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
•   Ability to articulate, package and sell business initiatives and clinch deals
•   Strong knowledge/understanding of developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns
•   Strategic, analytical and numerical skills
•   Solid negotiation skills
•   Self-motivated and result oriented
•   Excellent team playing skills
•   Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment
•   Managerial, coaching and interpersonal skills in a “team” setting
