Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and Coordinate daily activities including scheduling internal and external meetings
• Organizing and taking minutes of meetings
• Maintain Confidentiality of all correspondence and communication
• Organize travel visas, itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, restaurants and related matters
• Prepare claims for reimbursement of business expenses and check invoices from external suppliers in preparation for payment.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree from a reputable and accredited institution
• Must speak and write French
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Two years working experience and completed national service

Required Qualities

• Must be reliable
• High Integrity
• Must be good team player
• Must be presentable
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all correspondence and communication
• Ambitious and results – oriented
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
