We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.

We are seeking a candidate experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible. have good interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • To organize and coordinate reception and office management procedures and processes
  • To proactively build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • To manage office operational budget & expenses and report the status weekly to management
  • To coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
  • To organize office operations and procedures
  • To ensure that all bills are paid on time
  • To Implement new operational systems and proactively seek new ways to enhancethe functional day-to-day running of our office space
  • To take responsibility and manage office tenancy related matters
  • To serve as a point person for maintenance
  • To assist with the organizing of events when needed

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office managements systems
  • Educated to a minimum Degree or HND (Commerce, Accounting, Political Science, etc)
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Should be reliable and able to adapt to various situations
  • Should have good organizational skills
