REDGhana will be the first real estate data aggregator and distributor providing multiple listing service (MLS) to over 3000 Agents, Brokers, Valuers, Researcher, Investors and the Government in Ghana. REDGhana will initially serve the Ghana market with plans to integrate the system to the rest of Africa.

REDGhana will provide the most comprehensive real estate statistics, and analysis for its users and serve as the most reliable source of verified and authentic real estate data in Ghana in providing interactive reports and big data analytics in the country

Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

Our company requires a Business Development Specialist with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and someone who enhances multitasking abilities. B2B Sales, marketing, and strategic analysis are key aspects of the position. We are also looking for a candidate with reputable negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. This candidate must have experience researching market trends, targeting and establishing relationships with real estate institutions, Real Estate Developers, Brokers and Government department and using proven methods to develop a business strategy for the company while retaining marketing partners.

The job as a business development specialist will be to identify sales leads, pitch our products and levels of service to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Some duties are likely to include:

●     Forming strategic data partnerships

●     Set up new business opportunities

●     Arranging and attending meetings

●     Planning and preparing presentations

●     Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

●     Overseeing the development of marketing literature

●     Prepare and deliver weekly, and monthly data driven reports

●     Providing management with feedback

This is not the position for a timid candidate.You will need to display self-confidence, love networking and enjoy presentations and public speaking. It helps to have:

●     Good business sense

●     A deep understanding of marketing principles

●     Good communication skills

●     A positive attitude

●     Negotiation skills

●     Plenty of initiative

●     Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

●     Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

●     Collaborate with sales team to ensure that requirements are met

●     Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned

●     Possess a strong understanding of our goals, our competition in the industry, and positioning

●     Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters Degree (Computer Science or Real Estate Preferred)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

2-5 years proven track record in sales, technology, and/or real estate

Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

Proven ability to be well networked in the country

Superior presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong command of English language

Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions

Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
