Efficiently and professionally implement and manage the telephone answering service and reception function for the company.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   

  • To professionally answer and manage the switchboard.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and students of the company.
  • To accept and sign for all parcels received by the company.
  • General administration and record keeping.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Switchboard reception
  • Administration and recordkeeping
  • Manage reception

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

  • Matric is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is required.
  • Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Typing speed of 25 wpm
