Main Responsibilities:

● Formulate objectives and activities based on company goals

● Update weekly activity plan

● Daily update of Customer sheets

● Supervise Jumia and logistics activities

● Develop the roles and responsibilities for each staff

● Managing team members

● Hold meetings weekly

● Communicate clearly on new developments, issues and concerns to all staff

● Recruit and train staff

● Manage third-party model delivery system

● Manage cash- petty cash and bank deposits

● Generate revenue from mobile money payments

● Block all revenue leakages

● Ensure 100% customer satisfaction


  • Must have a Diploma or HND in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or any Business track course
  • Must be adept in handling all types of social media including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Must be very good in excel/google sheets
  • Must be Smart, confident ,a good communicator and good interpersonal skills.
  • Available 8am to 8pm 5days in a week – including Holidays
  • Experience managing teams
