Account Manager who will be a direct link between DPDHL and our customers.Would you like to help identify a customers unique needs and makes sure
that those needs are met? Are

task will be:Manages
relationship of a defined number of CSI/MNC and SC customers and prospects in a
particular sector (serves as primary contact for the customer; coordinates the
account e.g. with regards to Trade Lane involvement)Seeks
and prospects for Strategic Customer targets to win new customersEnsures
that Key Account activities are aligned with global/regional sector strategyDelivers
the regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline,
good contractual performance and proactive thinkingWorks
on regional customer initiatives and for implementing global business plan
contentsPlans
and manages accountsCollects
relevant customer information for theRFI/RFP/RFQ
and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper
operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA’s
& SOP’s)Coordinates
with CRMs on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews, etc.Updates
CRMs and executive sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring they have an awareness
of business critical issuesConsults CRMs and Sector HeadsYour
profile should look like:Minimum
3 years of experience in Key Account Role/Sale Department Knowledge
and experience in Logistic and Transportation area Customer
management experienceKnowledge
and experience of managing multiple/varied costumersFully
computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPointEnjoy
