Main responsibilities :

The Head of Growth Marketing & Performance will be responsible to drive and govern effective end to end growth of the online marketing channels across: Paid Advertising channels (FB, GDN, SEM,..)CRM, SEO and Growth Hacking

You will need a deep understanding of what motivates a customer, how to reach them and how to increase retention. Be strong enough to question and challenge the company processes and tools and, where appropriate, offer the best possible marketing solutions.

  • Responsible for driving marketing initiative to growth company’s topline through digital channels
  • Manage marketing growth budget and optimize its allocation across levers providing highest ROI
  • Lead on customer acquisition initiatives, as well as reactivation campaigns aiming at enhancing customers’ lifetime value
  • Lead execution of key campaigns, working hand in hand with commercial team and functional leadership
  • Research and analyze consumers pattern, and develop strategies to increase retention.


Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Outstanding understanding of e-marketing and delivery of business transformation
  • Proven experience in eCommerce projects from conception to post delivery, inside the company or as consultant working on behalf of a e-commerce client
  • Demonstrates ability to identify opportunities and has a customer-centred approach
  • Evidence of working to strict deadlines on multiple projects; independently or within a team
  • Coaching and development of members of the team
  • Action oriented and results oriented
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong technical Skills
  • Fast learner
  • Well organised
  • Very independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations
