Support the Finance and Operations team to deliver quality service to the rest of the business.

Your Actual Main Responsibility:
Work to ensure the company’s staff support, administrative and general office functions run efficiently and effectively.

Your Specific Day-To-Day Functions:

  1. Organization of all matters relevant to the running of a professional office
  2. Providing professional and courteous reception and telephone cover
  3. Ensuring that office standards, policies and procedures are maintained and implementing improvements where possible
  4. Basic administrative duties such as time and attendance administration
  5. Office event planning and support

Who You Must Be:

  1. Experienced working in a similar role preferably within SaaS or mobile technology industries
  2. Possess exemplary English communication skills and a customer-focused approach

  4. High on execution and deadline driven
