Implementing and maintaining online marketing strategies through social media for all clients – by using various forms of new media, such as blogging and social networking sites and Website design and developments.
Reports to Head of Media and Marketing Communication

• University Degree or other relevant professional qualification with 3 or more years of digital experience
• Good communication skill and team building skills
• A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful online campaigns
• Local digital marketing knowledge – Media Savvy and persuasive
• Excellent copy-writing skill and a keen visual sense
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, web design and development technology, mobile campaigns, and brand strategy.
• Platform and software digital knowledge to support digital project implementation:
• Ability to work long hours, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
• A fierce degree of organization and have a deliberate and thorough approach
• Ability to manage time well, prioritize deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline sensitive, detail driven environment.
• Have an intense interest in marketing and possess a strong desire to advance (in both the number and size of brands handled)

• Develop, implement and coordinate innovative and relevant creative media content across social media platforms for the company and its clients – Proficient in use of Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter applications
• Understanding of Google Analytic and how to apply to our online business model is desirable
• and collaborate with graphic designer to ensure a cohesive social media identity
• Build and manage rich content/ editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, info graphics, etc.)
• Setup daily tasks and activity for all social media outlets
• Keep track of social media trends and competition; Monitor social media sites and coordinate response with internal resources
• Deliver weekly reports with statistics and results for each account.
• Responsible for writing and producing various projects and blog regularly to expand client’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers and leads
• Grow client subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and target audience
• Develop and build relationships with key online influencers (e.g. widely followed Bloggers, users with a large number of ‘re-tweets’ on Twitter) to support social media goals. This includes managing relationships with second and third tier social media users.
• Post and promote content that encourages customer participation & community engagement
• Build relationships with key influencers in the small business communities. This includes initiating, facilitating and helping to influence conversation online among a broad range of audiences.
• Keep the team up to date with the latest trends in content marketing which best suit the needs of clients.
• Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
• Understand clients’ brand, products and customers to ensure copy meets the marketing strategy and reflects the brand
• Code website using HTML, GUI, or other appropriate web design tools and creating verbal content for the website.
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Create and editing images and graphics for website use.
• Determine all coding requirements for site improvements – designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, scaling and enhancing websites by adding and improving design and interactive features, updating pages, adding links, updating databases.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Maintaining and ensuring the coding standards are met; optimizing the web architectures for navigability and accessibility, and ensuring the website and databases are being backed up
• Integrate verbal content with website design for final product
• Translate client’s informational content into a dynamic functional website.
• Create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation

• Ability to install, administer and troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
• Computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word-processing, graphics and website development programs at a highly proficient level.
• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
• Train staff about potential uses of existing technology
• Provide individual training and support on request
• Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resource
