eQualityTalent is looking for talented university graduates to join our brand new virtual service center social enterprise. Our business is centered on female empowerment in Ghana, as a part of our team, you will provide remote, high-quality business services to top tier clients in Ghana, the UK, and the US.

Position: Virtual HR consultant

Qualification and skills required:

Our project is focussed on female empowerment, as such, we are recruiting female applicants only. Applicants must have:

  • Minimum Degree in HR.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment/payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws.
  • Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description:

  • Remotely process payroll for employees in the organization.
  • Should have an understanding of Payee deductions and other statutory deductions as per the law.
  • Prepare employee payee reports and other statutory reports.
  • Maintain employee database regarding salaries.
  • Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system.
  • Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expense.
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of social media, job website portals.
  • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.
  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, or business leads generated.
