Job Description:

Create compelling graphics for several websites that focus on health and wellness that includes banners, landing pages, infographics, and supporting 2D animation.


  • Must understand digital best practices. UX/UI
  • Must have solid design and typographical skills
  • Design materials for print and web, including, but not limited to, website assets, social campaigns, landing pages, email campaigns, logos, posters, ads, leave-behind pamphlets, illustrations, and infographics, etc.
  • Modify existing previously created graphics with new/updated information
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop ideas and portray concepts in order to advertise products/services
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Communicate with the Project Managers to ensure deadlines of projects are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends by conducting research and updating tools, watching tutorial videos, etc.
  • Engage Creative Directors and Art Directors to determine the scope of a project or task
  • Must understand how to work to brand standard guidelines
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and key stakeholders on projects to finalize designs.
  • QA, Review designs for errors. Attention to detail a must.
  • Execute all design work based on creative briefs.


  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
  • Degree, HND or Diploma in Marketing and/or Advertising or equivalent experience


  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design for web and print
  • 2+ years of working knowledge and understanding of UX strategy
  • Experience with HTML5
  • Must have prior experience managing projects
  • Advanced knowledge of design software: Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Prior knowledge working with prototyping tools and the ability to learn new tools quickly for UX
  • Must have excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
