Job Description


We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our area sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans of the allocated area to the upper management.

Responsibilities
·        Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
·        Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
·        Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
·        Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
·        Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
·        Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements
·        A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
·        Minimum 10 years of sales experience including demonstrated track record of field sales, in FMCG sector preferably from Vegetable oil industry.
·        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
·        Demonstrate competencies in business development, negotiation, sales or marketing experience.
·        Must be able to achieve sales target and analyze sales trends.
·        Must be able to develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed, weekly, monthly and the annual sales objectives.
·        Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
·        Must be able to develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability Must possess excellent salesman skills.
·        Must be able to achieve sales target and analyze sales trends.
·        Must be able to monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
·        Must be able to manage a sales team to cover the assigned territory in achieving sales targets.
·        Understand the needs of customers or distributors and communicate effectively.
·        Excellent oral & written communication skills.
·        MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and other necessary computer tools proficiency is a must.
