What is the job about?

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the organization.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited, to the below:

  • Assistance with day to day customer visit and manage the calendar of the General Manager
  • Office Management follow ups (controlling the house keeping of the office)
  • Financial Acumen (book keeping and incoming and outgoing accounts)
  • Travel Management (booking of flights, hotels, taxis, support with documents’ preparation etc.)
  • Acting as Minute Taker of meetings.

What do you need to apply?

To be considered for this position you should have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline or High School/Diploma Holder in any discipline with minimum of 2 years, of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Must be a good communicator; and have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable handling confidential documents and information.
  • Should have knowledge of office administration.
  • Financial and Computer literate.
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Should be pro-active and responsible.
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Must have the ability to listen and demonstrate good command of English both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of French language is a big plus.
