Job Description

Unit: General Services under Administration Department

Main Duties

  • Maintain and manage the Stores
  • Keep proper records of all goods received and issued
  • Checks all in-coming consignments to ensure conformity to applicable standards and specifications
  • Conduct periodic stock-taking and spot checks on all store items
  • Recommend effective ways to improve storage of items

Qualification & Experience

  • A minimum of HND in Purchasing and Supply or relevant field from a recognized tertiary institution
  • A minimum of three (3) years post qualification work experience in a reputable organization

Additional Requirements

  • Basic Accounting Principles
  • Records Management
  • Good command of the English Language

Competences

  • Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reading and writing skills
  • Team Player

Salary

  • The salary level attached to each of the above positions is attractive and commensurate to the position
