Job Purpose

The jobholder is responsible for providing assistance in selling to customers and also ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction for a repeat business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Reports daily to the Pharmacy Manager/ Supervisor

·         Responsible for daily stocktaking of goods received

·         Ensures general cleanliness and orderliness of the Pharmacy

·         Responsible for serving customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

·         Invoices products to customers electronically or manually where applicable.

·         In charge of the proper management of shelf (cleanliness, pricing, expiries, inventory management, stock taking, short listing etc.)

·         Answers queries on supply and availability of medicines, where it is within his or her competence

·         Assists in the maintenance of reasonable stock levels

  • Receives telephone calls and face to face enquiries of a routine nature from customers
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Pharmacy Manager / Supervisor from time to time

Educational and Professional Qualification

  • MCA Certificate or its equivalent
  • WASSCE or its equivalent
