Responsibilities

  • Provide support to management and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Advise management and staff on human resource and work related issues.
  • Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
  • Manage all administrative services including insurance coverage, maintenance of fleet, computers and office equipment.
  • Supervise drivers and other support staff
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Management
  • 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in financial services sector will be an added advantage.

Competence and Skill

  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with drafting policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Role requires someone with listening skills and basic counseling skills
